Great to meet you!

I’m Rebecca, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works with adults ages 18 and up. I offer in-person and virtual sessions in Tennessee and virtual sessions for clients in Colorado. I’m a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional and specialize in working with individuals experiencing generalized anxiety, OCD, and panic disorder. I also support clients navigating depression, grief, perfectionism, and major life transitions. I work with individuals in the music industry as well as college students and young professionals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person I work with. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while also incorporating tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based practices depending on what best supports your needs.

What you can expect from me

You'll be met with empathy, care and a laid-back setting in our sessions. My goal is to help you build practical skills to manage anxiety and life’s challenges while creating space for self-compassion and meaningful growth.
