Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Rebecca Kephart, and I’m passionate about supporting individuals and families as they work toward healing and growth. I earned my Master of Education in School Counseling from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, which also prepared me for licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC). I spent over five years as a family therapist helping clients navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, communication difficulties, and life transitions before moving into the school setting. Now, I work with teenagers and adolescents, using CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy to help them process emotions, overcome challenges, and build practical strategies for growth. My approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive, creating a safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to thrive.

My approach to therapy

My ideal client is someone looking for a safe, caring space to feel heard and supported. I use an empathetic, goal-focused approach with techniques like CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you manage challenges and grow. Together, we’ll build on your strengths and create a path toward healing and confidence. You don’t have to face this alone—let’s take the first step together.

What you can expect from me

I like to begin with a relaxed introductory session where you can share your story and what you hope to find in therapy. Together, we’ll explore your goals and create a plan that feels right for you. My goal is to offer a safe, welcoming space where you can open up freely and feel supported every step of the way as we work toward meaningful growth and healing.
