Great to meet you!

My background in healthcare has shaped my belief that mental and physical well-being are deeply connected. As a mental health therapist and health and wellness coach, I take a holistic approach to therapy, helping clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, relationships, lifestyle, and physical health can influence their overall well-being. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and emotional burnout. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can develop practical tools, gain greater self-awareness, and create meaningful, sustainable changes in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and holistic. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach, so I tailor therapy to each client’s individual needs, experiences, and goals. Drawing from CBT, DBT, solution-focused, person-centered, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches, I help clients better understand patterns that may be keeping them stuck while developing practical tools they can use in everyday life. With my background in healthcare and health and wellness coaching, I also consider the connection between mind and body, including how stress, sleep, physical health, relationships, and lifestyle can affect emotional well-being. Above all, I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes at their own pace.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin creating a comfortable, supportive, and judgment-free space. I’ll spend time learning about what brought you to therapy, what you have been experiencing, and what you would like to be different in your life. Together, we will identify your goals and begin developing a treatment approach that feels realistic and meaningful to you. I believe therapy should feel collaborative rather than clinical or intimidating, so you can expect genuine conversation, thoughtful questions, and a space where you can show up as yourself. There is no pressure to share everything at once, we will work at a pace that feels right for you.
