Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I focus on creating a supportive and thoughtful space where you can feel empowered to grow. I have 4 years of experience working with diverse populations and a wide variety of diagnoses. I earned my Master of Social Work Degree from NYU Silver School of Social Work. Most of my work focuses on supporting adults through various life challenges, including relationships, anxiety, depression, and executive functioning.

My approach to therapy

I integrate several evidence-based approaches to cope with daily life stressors, support emotional regulation and work towards meaningful change. I focus on creating a warm and welcoming environment that prioritizes your strengths and lived experiences. I am here to listen and support while offering feedback to help challenge you when needed.

What you can expect from me

I always start with a free 15 minute consultation call to better understand your story and expectations of our therapeutic relationship, while providing an opportunity for you to learn more about me and my style. I will take the time to work with you to identify goals you wish to work towards in the therapy process. I aim to create a supportive and welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable with being vulnerable in a judgement free space.
