Great to meet you!

As a licensed mental health counselor with over 20 years of experience, I bring a warm, empathetic, and holistic approach to my work with teens, adults, and couples. I am trained in Maternal Mental Health, CBT, and Mindfulness Based Therapy. My background in both school counseling and clinical mental health has allowed me to support individuals through a wide range of life transitions and emotional challenges. I specialize in helping people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and the complex adjustments of pregnancy and postpartum life. I also work with couples, particularly those struggling to reconnect and adapt to the demands of new parenthood. I have an M.S. in School Counseling and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and New York.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based approaches, and Person-Centered therapy. These methods allow me to tailor support to each client's unique needs while fostering resilience, self-awareness, and sustainable personal growth.

I believe in the power of storytelling and connection. I love hearing people’s stories and walking alongside them as they define goals that feel meaningful and empowering. Whether you're seeking support through a difficult time or aiming to build coping strategies for long-term wellness, I’m here to help you become the best version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

At the end of each session, I aim to provide practical coping skills and tools you can take with you and apply outside of therapy—so that growth continues between our sessions.
