Great to meet you!

You may feel emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, stuck in stress or grief, or like you’re constantly trying to keep up while quietly struggling underneath it all. Trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and difficult life experiences can affect your relationships, focus, emotional balance, and ability to feel fully present in your daily life.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating trauma, PTSD, grief, ADHD, stress, and emotional overwhelm while helping clients build healthier coping skills, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of stability.

My approach to therapy

I help clients better understand how trauma, stress, grief, and emotional experiences impact their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships.

Together, we’ll work on processing difficult experiences, improving emotional regulation, reducing stress, and building practical coping tools using evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, and DBT. My style is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you feel safe, understood, and empowered throughout the process.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when life already feels overwhelming.

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, understanding what’s been weighing on you, and identifying what support feels most helpful right now. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable, supportive, and manageable for you.
