Trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and difficult life experiences can affect your relationships, focus, emotional balance, and ability to feel fully present in your daily life.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating trauma, PTSD, grief, ADHD, stress, and emotional overwhelm while helping clients build healthier coping skills, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of stability.
