Great to meet you!

I work with a diverse population of adults, those that struggle with depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, mood disorders, sleep disorders, trauma, damaged self-esteem and/or self-image, guilt, insecurities, fear, and pain.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach ever client with unconditional positive regard from a psychodynamic perspective. I believe, in order for long-term benefits, we must connect the dots from the past to the present. Only then can we have full awareness. With this clarity, we are able to uncover what's important to YOU and what you want out of life. This give us the inner-strength we need to start to living our best life.

What you can expect from our first session

The strength of the therapeutic relationship is perhaps the most essential component in predicting the client’s therapeutic success. It is important each client feels fully supported, safe, respected, accepted, and never judged. Only when genuine trust is established can the client process their experiences in a meaningful way and discover or rediscover their strengths. I am passionate about joining individuals on this journey of healing, discovering, and building strength from within.
