I am a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner with over thirteen years of nursing experience. I am licensed to treat individuals across the lifespan and primarily work with children, adolescents, and young adults struggling with mood disorders, including anxiety and depression, as well as neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder and ADHD.
As a Gestalt-certified provider, establishing trust and developing rapport are the foundations of my practice.
Our first session is the time for us to meet each other and begin establishing our therapeutic relationship. During this appointment, we will discuss various aspects of your medical and psychiatric history, as well as the factors leading up to your intake. At the end of our visit, we will discuss treatment options and together develop a treatment plan.
