Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides a safe, affirming, and supportive space for clients to show up as their authentic selves. I work with individuals, couples, and families who may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, family conflict, anger, stress, and overall life challenges.

My goal is to meet you with empathy, respect, and care from the very first point of contact. I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable or intimidating, and I want you to feel supported as you take that first step. I tailor therapy to each client’s needs, values, and goals so our work together feels personal, collaborative, and meaningful.

I have experience helping clients process difficult emotions, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and begin moving forward with greater clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, validating, and solutions-focused. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard and understood, while also gaining practical tools to create real change in your life.

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients better understand how their thoughts, emotions, and experiences are connected. Together, we can identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and work on healthier ways to respond, cope, and move forward.

Depending on your needs, I may also draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-focused approaches, and family systems work. Most importantly, I tailor our sessions to you — your story, your goals, your pace, and what feels most helpful for your healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is to help you feel comfortable, respected, and supported. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to get out of our work together.

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting. We’ll take time to understand the challenges you’re facing, whether they relate to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, family stress, grief, or a major life transition. From there, we’ll begin creating a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and tailored to your needs.

Clients can expect a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where we move at a pace that feels right for them. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and more hopeful about the path forward.
