Great to meet you!

I am currently accepting new clients. Most people don't reach out to a therapist when life is going smoothly, and that's okay. If you're feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, stuck in a cycle you just can't seem to shake, or navigating a relationship or life change that's knocked you off balance, you've landed in the right place. I'm Rebecca, and I work with individuals, couples, and families throughout California through secure telehealth. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on actually helping you feel better, not just talk about it.

My approach to therapy

Together, we'll dig into what's keeping you stuck, whether that's anxiety, stress, burnout, complicated relationship dynamics, or a life transition that's left you feeling unsteady. Our work is practical and personalized: we'll break negative cycles, reframe the thoughts that hold you back, and build real tools you can use long after our sessions end.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a chance to get comfortable. We'll talk about what's bringing you in, where you'd like to go, and what feels most important right now. There's no pressure and no homework just yet. You can expect a safe, confidential space where you feel heard, validated, supported, and understood from the very first conversation.
