Great to meet you!

I have always felt called to this work. Like many in this field, I grew into the roles of teacher, counselor, and caregiver long before I had formal titles. From my earliest memories, this path felt less like a choice and more like a vocation. Carl Jung wrote, “As far as we can discern, the sole purpose of human existence is to kindle a light of meaning in the darkness of mere being,” and I hold that truth deeply.

My approach to therapy

I hold a Doctorate in Education, a Master’s in psychology and counseling with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health, and Baccalaureate degrees in Social Science and English. I am certified in CBT, DBT, ACT, and MI modalities, with specialties in mood, trauma, anxiety, and attachment related concerns, including as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2 (CCTP-II).

What you can expect from me

I am committed to creating a safe space for you to explore the challenges that currently bring you to this point in life. We will work together to discover your innate strengths and values, practice new skills, and understand your nervous system needs with the hope that this will empower you to make the changes you desire. We will explore patterns, identify goals, and clarify beliefs to expand your comfort zone and support your healing.
