Great to meet you!

Many of us undergo difficult, painful, and traumatic events in our lives – things that are not only painful while we experience them, but that have a way of sticking to us long after the fact. The impact of these events can make us lose touch with who we really are. This often manifests in feeling stuck in unwanted behaviors, feelings, and negative beliefs about ourselves. These things can be very hard to manage. I specialize in understanding these issues and how they affect us.

My approach to therapy

I am trained in EMDR, KAP, mindfulness practices, yoga philosophy, and somatic therapies. Working collaboratively, we will identify the things that keep you stuck and address the roots of these issues rather than just the symptoms. I do not provide psychoactive or illicit substances in therapy. I do not provide referrals to "underground" or illegal services.

What you can expect from me

I focus on the relationship that I build with each client. I personally understand the degree of strength it takes to be open and vulnerable in sharing your story and working through the hard stuff. I am honored to be able to walk that path with you. My approach is open and warm, and I aim to create a space where each client can experience growth.
