Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona with over 9 years of experience helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate life's challenges. Throughout my career, I have worked in community mental health centers, integrated medical clinics, and private practice, giving me experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of mental health concerns.

I have experience treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, ADHD, grief and loss, parenting concerns, relationship challenges, and many other emotional and behavioral issues. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling with a major life transition, or looking to improve your overall well-being, I am here to support you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth, so I prioritize creating an environment where you feel heard, respected, and understood. Together, we'll identify your strengths, build practical coping skills, and work toward lasting, positive change. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself and working toward meaningful change. I incorporate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, psychoeducation, and strengths-based interventions. Every client is different, and I work with you to develop a treatment approach that best fits your goals and preferences.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. During this session, we'll discuss what brought you to therapy, review your personal history, and explore your goals for treatment. Some background information is important to gather so I can better understand your experiences and provide the best possible care. However, I also understand that trust takes time to build. You are welcome to share at a pace that feels comfortable to you, and we can continue exploring your story as our therapeutic relationship grows.

My hope is that you leave each session feeling supported, empowered, and equipped with tools to help you move forward with greater confidence and resilience. I would be honored to be part of your journey toward improved mental health and a more fulfilling life.
