Great to meet you!

You don’t have to know exactly where to start. I want to get to know you, understand what matters to you, and hear what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. I bring curiosity to our conversations and make room for you to be yourself. We’ll work together to find what feels helpful for you.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with curiosity because I want to understand your experience without assuming I already know the answer. Therapy isn’t one size fits all, so how we work together will depend on your needs and goals. I see our work as a collaboration and will encourage your feedback along the way. If something isn’t helping or doesn’t feel right, I want us to be able to talk about it and adjust.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions, but you don’t need to have everything organized or share everything right away. We’ll talk about what you’re looking for and what would make our time together useful. You’ll also have room to ask questions and tell me how the session feels for you.
