Great to meet you!

In working with clients, I aim to provide a safe, welcoming space in which we can work collaboratively to best promote positive change and learning. Each client is different and I strive to meet you where you are and meet what you may need help with at the time. With a Person-Centered viewpoint as my base to how I approach therapy, I'll bring genuineness, empathy and a strong unconditional positive regard to our sessions as we strive to build a strong therapeutic relationship.

My approach to therapy

By approaching things from an eclectic point of view, I bring in skills from a variety of standpoints. I have experience working with kids as young as 8 and older adults, and specialize in seeing teens, young adults and adults and work with a variety of mental health concerns including but not limited to ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and Life Phase Changes.

What you can expect from me

By creating a warm and inviting space, you'll see me be my genuine self as I encourage you to do the same, as I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the strongest tools we can use to help create positive change. If you don't feel comfortable with me we won't really be able to get to the heart of what we may need to!
