Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Rebecca and I’m a licensed therapist passionate about supporting children, teens, and young adults as they navigate growth, healing, and self-discovery.

My journey into this work began while studying Child and Adolescent Development and working in an early childhood learning center. It was there that I became deeply interested in developmental psychology—how our earliest relationships and environments shape who we become. That foundation continues to guide my work today.

Over the years, I've expanded my experience through working as a therapist in adoption support services, surf therapy programs, and private practice with all ages which strengthened my understanding of trauma, attachment, and relational well-being. These experiences also deepened my commitment to offering therapy that is trauma-informed, compassionate, and grounded in safety.

I’m trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy and integrate this approach when it’s helpful for processing trauma, building resilience, and supporting emotional regulation.

My approach to therapy

At the heart of my work is a humanistic approach—I believe every client deserves to feel seen, heard, and genuinely understood. Whether you're seeking support for your child or navigating your own challenges, I offer a space where growth can unfold with empathy and compassion.

What you can expect from me

Come as you are. I aim to provide a nonjudgmental space, safe to explore your relationship with self and others.
