Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a LCSW with a masters in Social Work. If you find yourself as part of the first responder/ military community, as the provider, the spouse, or the child... it can be difficult adjusting to ongoing transitions, stressors, and fears. As an EMDR and CBT provider, I can help you let go of those struggles and move forward in life.

Whatever you find yourself going through... it is never too much or too little. I strive to provide a space where you can safely process life and challenge negative patterns. I specialize in EMDR as well as CBT therapy to help with trauma, anxiety, and depression.

My approach to therapy

I would describe myself as a warm, compassionate therapist, often using a relational therapy approach. I strive to create a space that is comfortable over formal.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, I discuss confidentiality and the therapeutic process with clients. I would also ask questions to get to understand who you are, your goals, and what has or has not worked in the past. I encourage clients to bring their own questions during the first session to see if we are right fit for each other.
