Great to meet you!

Are you ready to stop just surviving and start thriving?

I help clients become less anxious and more confident. I also help clients navigate complex relationships in their families, romantic life, and friendships.

Additionally, I help clients heal their relationships with food and body by putting an end to binge eating, emotional eating, and yo-yo dieting. I then empower clients to nourish their bodies to become more confident, energized, and at-peace.

I have Bachelor and Master of Social Work degrees from the University of Georgia. I am also an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, with a certification in Emotional Eating Psychology from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with clients in a safe, nonjudgmental space. In this safe space, I also empower clients to understand themselves on a deeper level and develop consistent healing practices so they can reach their goals with more ease.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to feel validated, empowered, and supported.
