Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Rebecca, an independently licensed counselor in Virginia, South Carolina, and Washington with five years of licensed practice and over 24 years of experience as a social worker. I've worked with individuals from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and religions. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to focus on your goals and use various skills to recognize your strengths and support areas for growth. I view each person as a unique individual and tailor our work to fit your needs.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, you’ll be met with kindness, support, and a judgment-free space. We’ll explore what works best for you, adjust as needed, and focus on building practical skills. Between sessions, you'll have tools to practice, and we’ll check in on your progress together.

What you can expect from me

During our first session we will get to know each other, discuss your needs, goals, and expectations for therapy.
