My journey to becoming a psychiatric mental health provider originated from the need to provide psychiatric mental health services to all persons. I worked in an inpatient psychiatric setting for five years and decided to advance my career by obtaining my master’s degree in nursing - psychiatry. Initial evaluation consists of evaluating current symptoms, getting a comprehensive history, and discussing treatment options that is tailored to your individual circumstance.
