Great to meet you!

Down-to-earth care that meets you where you are.. Because feeling understood is the first step toward healing.

I'm happy you're here! You’ve already taken a brave step for yourself. Maybe it’s the step you’ve put off for a long time, or maybe you’ve noticed a more recent shift and simply don’t feel like yourself anymore.

We'll work side by side to understand what thriving means for you and what support will best get you there — whether that’s medications/supplements, nutrition and lifestyle changes, working with a therapist, or a combination of strategies. We’ll celebrate your progress and adjust along the way.

Outside of Work

So many hobbies, but sports have always been a constant — whether it’s fishing, coaching basketball, playing golf, watching my teenage son compete, or watching football on TV. I also love playing the piano, camping, art, and most of all.. Travel and experiencing other cultures!

My approach to therapy

Approach to Care

My approach is collaborative and I believe mental health care should be personalized—because no two people experience life the same way. Your goals, challenges, and needs are unique, and your care should reflect that. While med management is central, I also offer practical strategies—helping you navigate obstacles with evidence-based, whole-person care.
