Great to meet you!

Welcome, and congratulations on taking the first step toward improving your mental health. It takes courage to recognize when you need support, and I commend you for embarking on this journey toward personal growth and well-being. Life presents us with many unexpected challenges, but I firmly believe that with the right tools and mindset, any obstacle can be overcome, no matter how difficult it may seem.

As a therapist, I use a collaborative, client-centered approach to help you develop effective coping strategies and reshape your thinking patterns, making your goals not only realistic but achievable. I tailor my therapeutic methods to your unique needs, ensuring that each session is personalized to fit your individual circumstances.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including substance abuse, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and schizophrenia. I earned my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Hofstra University in 2015, and since then, I have worked with both adolescents and adults, providing compassionate support and guidance.

If you’re ready to begin this transformative journey, I am here to help you build the resilience and confidence needed to move forward.

My approach to therapy

I like to fully get to know my client as a person, so I can best understand their world the way they see it. With this in mind, I use a collaborative approach with the client to help them figure out how they can live a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Together we will figure out what you want most out of therapy. We will work together to make sure you are staying on track to work towards your personal goals. In addition to that, I will help you make sure you keep a healthy perspective, so you are able to overcome any challenges that may come up day to day.
