Great to meet you!

You’re capable—but staying organized, following through, or managing emotions feels harder than it should.

My name is Rebecca and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I work with adolescents and adults, including those with ADHD and executive functioning challenges, who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or inconsistent despite their potential.

Clients often struggle with staying organized, following through on tasks, procrastination, and last-minute rushes to meet deadlines. They may experience academic or work-related stress and feel frustrated by not meeting their own expectations. Many also struggle with intense emotional reactions and a tendency to shut down or avoid tasks when overwhelmed.

I also support parents in understanding and responding to their child’s needs and creating realistic, effective support strategies.

My approach to therapy

I help by using an integrative, collaborative approach grounded in DBT, CBT, and executive functioning coaching. Together, we build practical, real-life skills for organization, time management, reducing distractions, initiating tasks earlier, and managing intense emotions. We focus on creating systems that support your brain—rather than forcing your brain to fit the system—while helping you better understand yourself, build confidence, and improve consistency in daily life.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions, you can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we get to know each other and I work to understand your experience deeply, clarify challenges, identify strengths and patterns, and introduce tools right away. I also collaborate with parents when appropriate to create realistic strategies that support growth beyond sessions.
