Hello, I am a counselor that has worked in the field for 25 years. I have a master's in counseling and a master's in health administration. I have worked in behavioral health private practice, group therapy, inpatient acute hospitalization, and crisis intervention and determining level of care. I utilize therapy types and theories to fit the need of my client. I am willing to learn and broaden my expertise to help my clients succeed in their daily life. I believe all people have the ability to live a fulfilling and vital life that fits their identify, values, and beliefs.

My approach to therapy is honest, open-minded, challenging, and most of all attentive. I will not tell you what to do. I will advise and support you in your journey to wellness.
