Hi, I am here to help you through life's difficult times, because life can get hard for everyone. I help my clients discover strengths and learn strategies needed to live their best life. I love to work with children, adolescents and adults navigating life transitions including adjusting to a new career, family changes, or even a new school year. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have worked with children for many years as a certified school counselor and love to work with educators.

Counseling sessions are client centered with an integrative approach that combines, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy and experiential techniques.

In your first session, we will explore what brought you to therapy and your goals and together decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress toward your goals.
