Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and completed my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology at Dallas Baptist University and went on to complete my Masters in Social Work at the University of Texas at Arlington in 2015. I have 8 years of experience with emergency psychiatric services / crisis situations. With this experience came the realization that it is the small things that build up to create the bigger crisis and would love to help people learn how to manage life transitions

A bit about my approach to therapy

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. However, I don't believe one modality applies to every person all the time and integrate other treatment types as applicable to each individual.
