Great to meet you!

You've done the work. You know why you have trauma responses. You've even reframed many negative thoughts about yourself. Why isn't it enough to know what is wrong? If you are someone who has been to therapy many times and still struggles with residual trauma and anxiety, you have come to the right place. My clients have told me that my combination of somatic therapy and trauma processing has helped them understand their bodies and finally release pent-up trauma. I work with clients who have high emotional intelligence and need someone on their level. I highly encourage cussing in sessions.

My specialty is integrated, trauma-informed care using Somatic Therapy for processing body-held trauma. I offer dedicated LGBTQIA+ Affirming Care, with expertise in Gender Affirming Care and Queer Relationships. I also integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), empowering clients to live with more purpose and freedom aligned with their core values.

My work is driven by a sincere love for what I do (trauma is my special interest) and a genuine curiosity about your inner world. I truly care about my clients, and I love using somatic methods to gently process trauma and learn to trust your body. If this resonates with you, please reach out and explore how we can begin this meaningful work together.

My approach to therapy

I have a holistic approach that integrates humanistic approaches, expressive arts, and embodied healing. I believe that the whole person is important, and that healing can take place on many levels. I use a variety of techniques to help clients explore their thoughts and feelings, and to find ways to express themselves creatively and connect with their bodies. I believe that everyone has the capacity for healing, and that my role is to provide a safe and supportive space.

What you can expect from me

The goals we set together will be focused understanding yourself and your emotions, establishing tools and strategies to manage difficult experiences and emotions, and feeling confidence in yourself to continue exploring and healing.
