Great to meet you!

If you’ve ever felt like no matter how much you give—at work or in your relationships—it’s never enough, you’re not alone. Many of my clients are highly competent people who’ve spent years putting everyone else first. I help you untangle the patterns that keep you stuck in survival mode—so you can feel calm, clear, and confident in your own life again.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel safe in your own skin. I use a blend of parts work, attachment-based support, and practical tools to help you stop shrinking, stop apologizing for existing, and begin to trust that you’re not a mistake—you’re a human who adapted to survive. We’ll go at your pace, with warmth, honesty, and space for real relief.

What you can expect from me

Hopefully, you’ll start feeling more grounded, more understood, and less like you have to perform your way through life. Over time, clients gain clarity, confidence, and the ability to set boundaries without guilt. You’ll learn to spot toxic dynamics early, trust your instincts, and stop shrinking just to keep others comfortable.
