Great to meet you!

You don't have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. With over 25 years of experience as a licensed therapist, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, make sense of what you're experiencing, and begin moving toward meaningful change. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling understood, empowered, and equipped with practical tools you can use in everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, understood, and never judged. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop healthier ways of coping, and build the confidence to make lasting changes. I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My goal is to help you feel calmer, more confident, set healthier boundaries, and create a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll start with a brief intake and take time to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping to change, and what support feels most important to you right now. There’s no pressure to share everything at once, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. From there, we’ll begin identifying goals and laying the foundation for the work ahead, focused on helping you create the life you want to live.
