Great to meet you!

I have worked in a variety of settings, including community mental health, trauma inpatient unit care, college counseling, and suicide-specific crisis services. All of these experiences have informed my trauma-focused approach I use in my private practice. I also am a Certified EMDR therapist and have used this modality to assist clients with their healing.

My approach to therapy

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified EMDR Therapist committed to helping individuals heal from past trauma and abuse. My work focuses on addressing the impact trauma has on the body and mind and learning how to move past the restrictions trauma places on life. I believe in taking a client-centered approach to help clients achieve their goals.

What you can expect from me

Asking for help can be incredibly difficult and entering into a therapeutic relationship takes courage. I am so glad you are here looking into therapy and taking that step to get yourself in a better place! Please feel free to reach out to me if you feel my practice would best suit your needs.
