Great to meet you!

I wear many hats. I am an entrepreneur, a mom and a therapist. I have been in the field for five years and in this time I have worked in a wide range of environments with people from so many different walks of life. I am very energetic and creative and I try to incorporate that into my practice as much as possible.

My approach to therapy

I base my practice off of my personal practice and what has proven to been effective for me. I understand that others are not the same as me and I love that part of my practice! The opportunity to learn and grow as a clinician with my clients. I am passionate about finding the resources that work best for every client and tailor your plan to address your needs and interests while also meeting your goals. Prioritizing mental health is a lifestyle. It’s not just a one time fix.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away whatever they are needing from the session. Whether it is feeling lighter having gotten things off of their chest or finding solutions to the concerns that they have or whatever they are bringing to that session that day. This is a time for you! So make it about whatever it is you’re needing and I am here for the ride.
