Great to meet you!

I earned a Master of Arts in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy in 2017 and have been designated a Mental Health Professional with a specialization in Child Mental Health by the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS). I have been in private practice since 2019 which has involved a focus on serving the brave individuals that have served in the Military and their family members.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic mix of evidence-based treatment modalities to meet each client's unique needs that include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) including Trauma-Focused CBT, Mindfulness strategies, Solution-Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems, Interpersonal skills and has a strong focus on building skills to help manage and reduce symptoms and adapt to challenges in daily life.

What you can expect from me

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process that should guide clients to increase self-awareness, gain new perspectives, decrease and resolve symptoms, and increase personal strengths to have a more meaningful life experience. I collaborate with clients to provide tailored treatment plans that can be integrated into their daily lives based on goals they find meaningful for their personal growth.
