Great to meet you!

I absolutely love what I do! I feel so lucky to have their career and be able to connect with my clients and build relationships. I have been practicing since 2010 where I graduated from Texas State University- San Marcos. I specialize in dual diagnosis/co-occurring disorders where a client has both a mental health diagnosis as well as a substance abuse diagnosis. But I also specialize in anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Really any sort of life changes 😊

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a few evidence base approaches and use them to fit each client individually.

What you can expect from our first session

I do love setting goals and finding out what exactly you are wanting to get out of therapy. We will check in often to see if progress is being made and what we need to adjust to reach those goals. But I hope you will always feel heard when you leave our sessions.
