Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Rebecca. I’m a licensed clinician who’s passionate about helping people feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. I’ve worked across outpatient and community‐based settings, guiding clients and care teams through complex challenges and transitions.

I specialize in supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, life changes, relationship stress, and recovery. I want therapy to feel like a safe place where you can be honest, explore what’s weighing on you, and build practical skills that truly help.

My approach to therapy

I draw from approaches like CBT, motivational interviewing, and strengths‐based work, always tailoring sessions to your needs and goals. My hope is to meet you where you are and walk with you toward the version of yourself, you’re working to become.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take a calm, comfortable approach to getting to know one another. I’ll ask about what brought you to counseling, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to focus on in therapy. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels right—there’s no pressure to cover everything at once.

We’ll also begin outlining your treatment goals so we have a clear direction for our work together. By the end of the session, you’ll have a sense of my style, what our next steps look like, and how we can move forward in a way that supports your needs.
