Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Rebecca (she/her), a trauma-informed therapist who is queer, neurodivergent, and a first-generation Latina. Before therapy, I worked in film, journalism, and nonprofits, which taught me how much our stories shape our mental health. I specialize in supporting BIPOC folks and creative professionals, and I love working with clients navigating ADHD, life transitions, and choosing paths outside the norm.

My approach to therapy

My style is heart-centered, collaborative, and inclusive. I blend different therapeutic techniques and shape them around your beliefs, values, and goals, so our work always feels personal to you. I also welcome open conversations on topics like sex positivity, harm reduction, and generational trauma, without judgment.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, relaxed space where you're free to be fully yourself. We'll start by getting to know each other and talking through what brought you to therapy, so we can begin shaping goals together. My hope is that you leave feeling truly seen, with a clear sense of where we're headed next.
