I have worked as a school counselor for the past 21 years. I received my Bachelor of Education from TCU and my Master's of Social Work degree from UTA.
Additionally, I am an LPC-Supervisor and love helping my clients work through challenges that they face.
I primarily incorporate Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
I approach our time together with compassion, curiosity, and an appreciation for your input and feedback.
My hope for my clients is that they feel heard and learn more about themselves and their relationships in a caring and supportive therapeutic relationship. Setting goals and learning new ways of thinking and approaching challenges is an intregal part of my approach.
