A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy prioritizes creating a warm and validating space for growth and healing. In sessions I incorporate aspects of DBT, CBT, Trauma Informed Care. I value a person-centered, strengths-based approach to this work. My experience is primarily working with children and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, anger, and interpersonal issues.
