Great to meet you!

Advice to My Younger Self: “It’s ok to speak up and voice your needs, as long as you also listen to understand. You and your voice matter too.”

Experience:

Rebecca has worked in PHP and IOP setting in Brentwood TN as a program therapist. Prior to this, Rebecca worked as a Mental Health Therapist assisting youth in the juvenile justice system.

My approach to therapy

I lean fairly heavily on DBT and mindfulness skills and tools, but also find significant value in the dynamics between thoughts, feelings and actions.

What you can expect from me

Typically the patient will identify the areas that they would like to see improvement in. Generally this looks like increasing motivation, building self esteem, and positive thinking in order to better get along with others and increase the potential for a more fulfilling life.
