Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I’ve helped client's access their ability to free themselves from the patterns that no longer serve them. And through our work, we learn to embrace a healthier and more authentic way of living.

Over ten years of experience, I’ve had the opportunity to help clients navigate some of the most challenging times of their lives and emerge on the other side stronger and more assured.

I believe in the raw and beautiful ability inside each of us to create the life we desire. Let me help you achieve it.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In our work together, I’ll help you rediscover your worth and develop more fulfilling relationships with the people you care about.

Using the trauma-informed approaches of Emotion Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems therapy, you’ll be able to enhance emotional processing while also gaining structure, behavioral strategies, and cognitive insight.

What you can expect from our first session

Every client can expect to be treated with respect and care as we work together to address interpersonal problems such as work and/or family issues. In addition, we will explore intrapersonal conflicts that may result in anxiety, depression and a multitude of self-defeating behaviors. The initial visit will consist of time for the client and therapist to build a trusting therapeutic relationship and gather important information about what brings them to therapy. Throughout the process, clients can expect a safe space to express their thoughts and feelings while gaining skills and knowledge that will lead to personal growth and recovery.
