Clinical Experience

Rebecca began her counseling training working at family resource centers and sex offender therapy centers in California. She went on to work for psychiatric hospitals on psychosis and adolescent units, and at a Crisis Stabilization Program. She has worked with the Colorado Department of Corrections in a medium-security prison and a psychiatric prison hospital. Rebecca has worked as a contractor in the CDCR in California. Rebecca works with a few telehealth platforms, providing telehealth therapy throughout California.

Rebecca provides evidence-based therapies in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Depression, Anxiety, Psychosis and Personality Disorders, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Coping Skills Training, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for families and individuals, and has one of a three year training in Bowen Family Systems Therapy.
