Great to meet you!

I really like helping people create a valuable life. First we discover what your values are and how you want to learn to spend your days. We will work towards a better understanding of what gets in the way and an action plan to get there. Similar to exercise, we build a beautiful life one action at a time. The action may be difficult -but always worth it.

My approach to therapy

Do you feel like something needs to change in your life? Are you feeling anxious, tuned out, or sad? Authentic happiness may feel elusive and a sense of empty duty may frame your days. It can feel like reaching out for help is too overwhelming or a suggestion you may not have it all together. My specialty is working with people looking for real change, both in the way they are living life and the way they receive psychological help. I offer evening and weekend hours through flexible telehealth.

What you can expect from me

I want to help create actionable and realistic weekly goals for the client to (imperfectly) practice between our meetings. I want them to be hopeful and confident in their ability to make hard changes for a beautiful life they value.
