Great to meet you!

Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about their path forward. My therapeutic approach combines existential and humanistic perspectives with specialized training in trauma, dissociation, grief, anger management, and personality disorders. Above all, I strive to create a space rooted in respect, accountability, honesty, humor, and authenticity.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is most meaningful when it’s a true collaboration. You bring the wisdom of knowing yourself, and I bring training and perspective with the goal of meetng in the middle to create a space designed for your needs. I believe in balancing support with gentle challenge, and I invite you to do the same with me: offering feedback, voicing disagreements, and helping shape our work together.

What you can expect from me

Together we’ll explore patterns, uncover strengths, and work toward meaningful change. My hope is that each session offers a balance of reflection and challenge, leaving you more grounded and empowered to move forward with authenticity and purpose.
