Great to meet you!

Rebecca, Becky, has been counseling since 1984, & fully licensed since 1987. She’s a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor with 3 Master's degrees (counseling, mid- management & art). Becky teaches some graduate counseling classes at a local university, and supervises new LPC's during their supervised hour needs to be fully licensed.

Becky specializes in working with trauma experiences with EMDR, in OCD counseling and has counseled for depression and anxiety for 30 years+.

My approach to therapy

Rebecca, Becky, is client-focused, where your needs and goals set the therapy roadmap. She is warm and compassionate, and has a very open mind to understand you. She uses EMDR for many problems, but certainly not all. Your goal for treatment is Becky's goal, too.

Becky does almost all of her sessions online with Telehealth formats.

She works with clients of most ages, from about 9 years old to 100+.

What you can expect from me

Rebecca, Becky, will work with you on developing a goal for therapy, as well as build a road map to getting to your goals. Sometimes Becky gives you homework to do between sessions, but she is very flexible to the client's ways (temperament, abilities, and desires).

Becky is warm and kind, but also strong enough to guide you to good mental health and to start living the best way you want.
