Great to meet you!

I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and I stay open to supporting other concerns as they come up. I like to ask a lot of questions, because every person's story is different, and I want to understand what you're dealing with before we build a plan together. My background is in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry, where patience and curiosity go a long way. Whether this is your first time seeking care or you're looking for a new provider, I want you to feel truly heard from our first conversation.

My approach to therapy

I ask a lot of questions so I can understand the full picture before suggesting a plan. I stay open minded about what might help, since no two people need the same thing, and I keep the conversation warm and comfortable so you can speak honestly about what's going on.

What you can expect from me

Expect a conversation, not an interrogation. I'll ask about what brought you in, your history, and your goals, and I'll explain anything that's unclear along the way. By the end, we'll have a plan that feels manageable and specific to you, with clear next steps.
