Great to meet you!

I am a relational therapist, believing wholeheartedly that fulfilling and meaningful relationships bring healing. My goal with any client is to guide them through their healing process, offering validation, encouragement, and unconditional support. I aim to create a safe space for my clients to openly express themselves without fear of judgement or dismissal.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Our time together will start by building trust and creating a nonjudgmental space for you to express yourself; we will explore and get to the root cause of your struggles while being within a warm and comfortable therapeutic relationship. Mindfulness is integrated into my sessions to help you connect with your body, cope with your intrusive thoughts, improve your awareness, and enjoy the present.

What you can expect from our first session

During our sessions, we will explore your present and past struggles, focusing on how they impact you. Throughout our time together we will set attainable goals to bring you peace and balance. The path to healing is a difficult one but, you don't have to do it alone. My clients report feeling seen, heard, and validated during session.
