Great to meet you!

With 10 years of experience, I work with children, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or ready for meaningful change. I support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral and relationship concerns, parenting challenges, life transitions, and substance use. My approach is compassionate and practical. Together, we’ll create a judgment-free space to explore what’s getting in the way, identify your goals, and build skills for everyday life.

Growth happens through trust and practice. Change doesn’t have to happen all at once. Even the smallest steps can lead to meaningful progress over time.

My approach to therapy

My dedication to the counseling profession is rooted in a structured commitment to evidence-based advocacy and crisis resolution. Having navigated complex environments across crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and substance abuse rehabilitation, I have seen firsthand how systemic vulnerabilities impact diverse populations. I believe I can help you.

What you can expect from me

Together we will developed a treatment plan based on your needs. We will focus on problem solving and personal center approaches. You can expect to work collaboratively toward realistic goals throughout our time together. My goal is to help you build confidence, recognize your strengths, and feel empowered to become your best self.
