I am Rebecka Green, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor, and EMDR therapist. I am committed to helping individuals build inner strength, overcome challenges, and create a life of growth and self-compassion.

My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and tailored to your unique experiences. Rooted in self compassion, mindfulness and trauma-informed care. I support clients in overcoming obstacles such as substance use, anxiety, and past traumas. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help you break free from limiting patterns, cultivate inner strength, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
