Great to meet you!

I'm Rebeka, a licensed therapist in California who genuinely enjoys working with people. I help individuals, couples, and families through anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and life's harder transitions. My background spans schools and private practice, and I bring both to every session. Ready when you are.

My approach to therapy

Good therapy feels different for every person, and I try to match my approach to what you actually need. Some people want to understand the patterns that keep showing up in their relationships or family life. Others need something more concrete: tools for managing anxiety, shifting hard emotions, and building steadier ground. Most of the time, it's both. I draw on approaches that look at how your family dynamics and history have shaped who you are today, while also building practical tools for what is happening right now. Sessions are collaborative. I'm direct when it's helpful, and I work at your pace.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is mostly a conversation. You share what brought you here, I ask questions, and together we start figuring out what you need. There's no pressure to arrive with it all sorted. Most people leave that first session feeling a little clearer and a little less alone in it. From there, we build.
