Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Christian therapist who loves blending the hope of faith in Jesus Christ with evidence-based practices. I specialize in helping women (18+) unlock their God-given potential—both personally and professionally—to live the abundant life they’re called to. I also have a heart for foster & adoptive families, helping them navigate the challenges of blending children and trauma into a healthy family system.

With over 19 years in ministry, I understand the joys and pressures of those serving in non-profit or ministry roles, and I offer Christ-centered care and practical tools for renewal.

I work with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, boundaries, coping skills, women, foster and adoptive parents, those formerly in the system, pastors, pastors’ wives, ministry leaders, and non-profit workers. For over 10 years, I’ve helped clients heal through CBT, DBT, Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and Attachment Theory.

I consider your story sacred ground and will treat it with care and compassion. As a virtual therapist for the state of Florida, I offer the convenience of meeting wherever you have Wi-Fi. It would be an honor to walk with you on your journey toward healing and abundant living.

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive & Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help you develop healthy coping strategies, thrive in the present, and not just survive. When exploring trauma or attachment patterns, our focus deepens to bring lasting healing—so you leave feeling equipped and empowered. Lastly, I offer a neurotheology perspective for anyone in ministry/Pastor and anyone who wants to integrate scripture & mental halth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming environment where they feel heard and understood. I prioritize creating a safe and comfortable space to begin the healing journey. Before our session, you’ll receive some brief paperwork, which will help guide our conversation and give me a better sense of your needs and goals. Together, we’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, explore your concerns, and work collaboratively to outline clear treatment goals and the steps to achieve them. My focus is on building a partnership that supports your growth and progress from the very beginning.
