Hi everyone! My name is Rebekah "Bex" Taylor Chatman, LPC. I am a fully licensed counselor who has worked in community mental health, inpatient care, and outpatient care since 2020. Being passionate about counseling since graduating from Henderson State University in 2019, I have worked with people working through and striving to heal from grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Taking an integrated approach, I use holistic techniques in counseling that focuses on problem solving and healing from trauma and grief. My main approaches and goals for counseling are developing coping skills and processing anxiety and grief, utilizing solution-focused care for real life problems, as well as healing from narcissistic abuse and trauma.
